Hide data from a particular IP in google analytics

Hi All,

Any idea if its possible to hide data from a particular IP in google analytics, I guess same was implemented in the products sites but not sure how it was done.

If anyone of the Xpress Lab warriors know the solution kindly post the solution here or drop me an email.
